Digital Planning Pack
Ordnance Survey Irelandís Digital Planning Pack mirrors the now familiar paper version and is intended to be used solely for planning purposes.

The Digital Planning Pack offers the professional user some very distinct advantages: such as lower cost compared to single digital extracts, ease of use and substantial time savings.

The Digital Planning Pack is available in 1:1000 and 1:2500 scale, to an A4 and A3 extent, and supplied in either DWG or DXF format as a vector product, and TIFF format as a raster product. An Ordnance Survey 6Ē site location map is included with each Digital Planning Pack, along with all of the technical information required to submit your map and drawings for a planning application.

There is an option to add on a one-off copyright licence for each Digital Planning Pack, allowing the user to produce the necessary copies for a planning submission. This is required if you do not have an OSi Annual Copyright Licence.

Single A4 and A3 Extracts
Single digital extracts can be provided at A4 and A3 size if the mapping is not required for planning. An OSi Annual Copyright Licence is required to use single extracts for any purposes other than internal business use.

Project Data larger than A3
Digital extracts larger than a standard A3 (1:1000: > 8 hectares, 1:2500: > 51 hectares) are supplied on a Project Licence basis. Project data is priced per hectare and we will provide a preview of the area to be supplied and a precise quotation prior to issuing the mapping. An OSi Annual Copyright Licence is required to use project data for any purposes other than internal business use.
